In person counseling sessions are offered in my office near John Wayne Airport. Sessions are available Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

I love to help people overcome the every day struggles that make life overwhelming. Counseling includes talking about what may be contributing to these, but also active problem-solving. We may complete worksheets, practice techniques, or review things that did and didn't go well over the last week.
While some counseling is long-term, I usually work with my clients from 4-6 weeks. We select targeted goals and then adjust things as needed along the way. This ensures you meet your goals with the best return on your investment in counseling.
While our work together may be brief, we can work together fairly intensely so you get what you need. I also provide my clients with resources I find along the way. Our secure messaging system makes this helpful throughout the week so you're not waiting around until the next appointment.
